Torsion Springs

Torsion springs, the ends of which are rotated in angular deflection, offer resistance to externally applied torque.  Often these springs require complex end designs, and the more complicated, the more expensive the overall cost of the part.  Thus, when possible, a simple end configuration is recommended.  KHI Technologies LLC  capability ranges from 0.016” to 0.080” diameter wire.  Special types of torsion springs can be manufactured at low cost.
